Return Policy

Furniture Return and Exchange Conditions
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. The following conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 of the Republic of Turkey and the relevant Distance Contracts Regulation.

A. Right of Withdrawal in Online (Distance) Sales
Purchases made through our online store or via distance communication tools (telephone, email, etc.) are subject to the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. General Withdrawal Period
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without penalty.

2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
You must inform us in writing (via email, registered mail, or the return form on our website) that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

You must return the product, along with the original invoice and all accessories, to us within 10 (ten) days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.

3. Return Conditions and Product Condition
The product to be returned must be:

Unused, unassembled, and in resalable condition.

The original box, packaging, and protective materials must be returned intact.

Returns of products that have been assembled, damaged, scratched, exposed to liquid, or used in violation of the installation instructions will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Fee
When exercising the right of withdrawal for online purchases, the shipping costs for returning the product to the seller are covered by our company, in accordance with legal regulations. (Only if sent via our contracted courier company.)

5. Refund
Once the returned product is received and we verify its compliance with the return terms, the total price you paid (including delivery costs, if any) will be refunded to you within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, using the payment method you used at the time of purchase (credit card refund, bank transfer, etc.).

6. Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

Furniture that has been custom-made to meet the consumer's specific requests and personal needs, or has undergone modifications or additions (such as special sizes, different fabric/color selections, etc.).

Products whose prices fluctuate depending on market fluctuations and are beyond the seller's control.

B. Physical Store Sales
Purchases made by viewing and inspecting our physical store are not considered distance selling. Legally, there is no right to return a faulty product without giving a reason in such sales.

However, as per our company policy, we can offer an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please inquire with our store representatives regarding this matter.

C. Return and Exchange of Defective (Defective) Goods
This right, which applies to all our sales (online or in-store), arises from the Consumer Protection Law.

1. What is a Defective Good?
Goods that have physical, legal, or economic defects at the time of delivery that reduce or eliminate the benefits expected by the consumer are considered "defective goods." (For example, the product is damaged, scratched, does not meet the specified specifications, etc.)

2. Optional Rights Regarding Defective Goods
If a product is found to be defective, you can exercise one of the following optional rights within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery (the period specified in the Law):

Rescind the contract by stating that you are ready to return the product.

Retain the product and request a discount on the purchase price commensurate with the defect.

Request a free repair, all costs covered by us, unless excessive expense is required.

If possible, request a replacement for the product with a non-defective equivalent.

If the defect becomes apparent within 6 (six) months of the delivery date, the defect is deemed to have existed on the delivery date. In this case, the burden of proof that the product is not defective rests with us.

3. Application Process
You must immediately notify us in writing of the product you believe to be defective as soon as you discover the defect. Please use our communication channels to submit your request.
