Delivery Terms

Ensuring that your orders reach you safely and quickly is our top priority. Please read the following delivery terms carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Preparation and Delivery Time

Preparation Time: Preparation time for standard products in stock is generally 2-5 business days.

Custom-Made Products: The estimated production and delivery time for special orders, fabric selections, or personalized products will be stated on the product page or in the order confirmation. This time can vary from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the product.

Shipping Time: Once your products are delivered to the logistics company, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

2. Delivery Fee and Regions

Free Delivery: Delivery may be free for orders over a certain amount or in contracted areas. The fee policy will be clearly stated on the checkout page (in the cart).

Additional Fees: Additional delivery fees may apply for areas outside the city center or requiring special logistics, such as islands.

3. Assembly and Installation Service

Including Assembly: Some of our larger furniture groups (e.g., corner sets, wardrobes) can be assembled by our expert team upon delivery, free of charge or for an additional fee. Details of this service are provided on the product page.

Unassembled Products: Small and medium-sized products (e.g., coffee tables, chairs) are generally shipped unassembled, and the assembly instructions are included in the box. Assembly of these products is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Things to Do During Delivery (Must Read)

This step is vital to protect your rights in the event of any damage.

Inspection Mandatory: When your product is delivered to you, inspect the packaging from the outside while the shipping/logistics team is present.

Damaged Packaging: If the packaging is damaged, such as being crushed, torn, or wet:

Open the package and inspect the inside of the product.

If the product is damaged, request a Damage Assessment Report be filed before signing the delivery document. Do not accept the product with the Damage Report and return it.

Receive a copy of the report and report the situation to our customer service immediately.

Damage-Free Delivery Document: By signing the delivery document, you acknowledge that you have received the product complete and undamaged. Damages discovered after signing may not be covered by cargo insurance.

5. Change of Delivery Address

Your address change requests will be considered before your order is delivered to the shipping company. For orders that have entered the shipping process, address changes may incur an additional fee or may not be possible.
