Our Safe Furniture Shipping and Delivery Process
We understand the excitement of buying new furniture for your home. Therefore, delivering your order to your doorstep with the same quality and completeness as the day it was shipped is our top priority. Below are the steps we follow from shipping to delivery:
1. Meticulous Packing and Preparation
We ensure your furniture is prepared for any impacts it may encounter during transit.
Professional Disassembly: Large furniture (cabinets, tables, beds, etc.) is disassembled (disassembled) by our expert team to increase transport safety.
Scratch Protection: All delicate surfaces and glass panels are initially wrapped in soft packaging material to prevent scratches.
Impact Reinforcement: The corners and edges of the furniture are reinforced with special Styrofoam and thick cardboard corner protectors.
Complete Fittings: All screws, hinges, and fasteners required for assembly are secured to the main box in a specially labeled bag to prevent loss.
2. The Cargo and Logistics Process
Unlike standard shipping, we deliver your furniture under special transportation conditions.
Expert Shipping Partners: We ship your products to your address through reliable logistics companies specializing in the transportation of bulky and fragile items.
Continuous Tracking and Information: We provide you with your tracking number when your order is shipped. This number allows you to track the location of your product in real time.
Insured Shipping: All our products are fully insured against any potential damage that may occur during transit. This is our greatest guarantee for a peaceful shopping experience.
3. Delivery and Damage Control (Very Important!)
This step is the most critical step for protecting your rights and ensuring the successful completion of the process.
Inspect the Package: When the courier delivers, carefully inspect the outside of the package for any damage, tearing, wetting, or deformation.
Damage Assessment Report: If the package is visibly damaged, be sure to request a "Damage Assessment Report" before the courier leaves.
Sign the Report: Don't forget to get a copy of the report. Unfortunately, it's not possible to file a damage claim later without a report.
Right to Refuse Delivery: If you believe the damage is severe enough to damage the product, you can refuse delivery by having a report prepared. In this case, the product will be returned to us, and we will ship you a replacement as soon as possible.
Please Note: Any damage discovered later (after the box is opened) on products you received undamaged and signed for becomes the responsibility of the customer, not the logistics company. Therefore, be sure to perform an external inspection!
